In order to use the system you need to create a user account and assign ‘User Roles’. You will find a list of users when you sign into the admin system and choose ‘Users’ from the menu on the left or you can go straight there via this link https://admin.dunatis.app/resources/users/

User accounts 

In the list of users you can search for any user, view user info and edit or delete the user. 

User Roles

You can access ‘User Roles’ via this link https://admin.dunatis.app/resources/roles. In our system we have different user types that help you to control access to different parts of the system. Here is the list of possible user types: 

  • Inspector – can access inspections via the application and complete inspections. 
  • Properties Manager – can manage properties, create new inspections. 
  • Properties Admin – can create new users for the property, create inspections and access relevant reports. This user has full access and control of the business admin area.  

Create new user 

If you want to create a new user you need to click the ‘Create User’ button or follow this link https://admin.dunatis.app/resources/users/new 

You will then need to add necessary information about the user. You can add an avatar, assign a user role that will give a certain level of access for that user plus you can assign the property where this user will operate. Once all data is entered you can click the ‘Create User’ button at the bottom of the page. 

Edit User 

If you want to edit any user details or reset the user password  follow these steps:

  • Locate the user that you want to edit
  • Click the edit button- this will take you to a screen where you will be able to edit user details 
  • Once all changes are done you need to click the ‘Update User’ button.
